Datuk Amir Kahar, 66 was the State Assemblymen for Banggi, Sabah for 22 years. He is the son of Tun Datuk Hj Mustapha Datu Harun, the “Father of Sabah Independence” who was the former Chief Minister of Sabah and the former Governor of Sabah.
He was the former Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah and a Minister of Agriculture from 1993 to 1994. Datuk Amir was the Member of Parliament of Kota Marudu and Kudat from 1990 to 2004. Presently he is the Inspector General of Project Sabah with ministerial status at the Chief Minister Office Sabah. He was formerly the president United Sabah National Organization(USNO) from 1992 to 1994. Currently Datuk Amir Kahar is the founder and president of Sabah And Palawan Cooperation Chamber Of Commerce And Industry.
He holds Diploma of Business Studies from London School of Business and a holder of Harvard School of Business Advance Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Dato’ Fredie Sua is a University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada graduate with Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Management Economics. Former Credit Analyst and Member of Sabah Development Bank Management Committee from 1988 to 1991. He was the Director and Audit Examination Committee in Sabah Rural Development Corporation from 1995 to 2003.
A member of Safma Interim Management Committee from 1994 to 1995. In 2005 to 2014 Dato’ Fredie was the Director of Norsechem Sabah Sdn Bhd a subsidiary owned by Yayasan Sabah Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd. Had served as the group CEO of Yayasan Bumiputra Sabah from 2001 to 2014. He was the Vice and Deputy Chairman of UMNO Penampang Division from 2003 to 2013. Currently the Branch Chairman UMNO Nambazan Penampang.

Mr. Jason Ang Kian You is the founder of Akyweb.com Pte Ltd, Singapore, incorporated in 1992. In the year 2000, a branch was been set up in Johor, Malaysia, named Akyweb Group Sdn Bhd, to give further support to the Singapore office and expand business in Malaysia.
In October, 2006, Mr. Jason Ang Kian You has been recommended by the Board of Governors and honoured for Spirit of Enterprise 2006. The business continuously expands and various branches are set up in China, Indonesia, Sarawak, Cambodia and Vietnam from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Ang is currently the Managing Director of Akyweb Group Sdn Bhd. His company currently owns 800 international portals covering 175 countries with total investment amounting to RM 20 million throughout these years, which is said to be company owning most portals worldwide.
